Information we collect

When you request checkout, we collect your name, email, delivery address, phone number, and selected products. We keep order totals, payment status, supplier fulfillment references, and available tracking. Hosting and security systems may record IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and request activity. Customer and merchant account registration also collects a name, email, and a password stored as a one-way hash. Customer email verification and password reset links use time-limited, single-use tokens; only their hashes are stored. A verified customer can see orders matching their email address.

Why we use it

We use information to quote delivery, process orders, fulfill purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, and keep transaction records. Information required to process an order must be supplied accurately.

Payments and fulfillment

When enabled, Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout. This application does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. Relevant contact and delivery information is shared with the configured supplier, when supplier fulfillment is enabled, and delivery providers to fulfill an order. These providers process information under their own notices and applicable obligations.

Newsletter preferences

If you opt in to collection emails, we store your email, confirmation status and consent timestamp. Subscription requires email confirmation. You can unsubscribe through the link in your confirmation email or contact support. Only confirmed subscriber addresses are exported for marketing.

Cookies and browser storage

Session cookies support security and merchant login. Browser session storage remembers the shopping bag, and local storage remembers your motion preference. Clearing browser storage removes those preferences. This design loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser request information. We also record aggregate page-view counts by date, page category and device category. This analytics feature does not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, URL query strings or full user agents. Common bots and merchant sessions are excluded where detected. Aggregate data is retained for up to 90 days when the scheduled cleanup worker runs.

Retention and protection

Records are kept for order administration, support, accounting, security, and applicable legal requirements. The operator determines retention periods for those purposes and handles deletion requests subject to required records. Access controls and private configuration protect information, but no system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

Contact the operator to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law, and identity verification may be necessary. You may decline to provide checkout information, in which case an order cannot be processed.

International processing and children

Hosting, payment, and supplier providers may process information in other countries. This store is intended for general shopping and is not directed to children under 13. Contact the operator if a child has supplied personal information.
