Using the store
Use accurate information, purchase only where you can enter a binding transaction, and do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers. Merchant account signup does not grant access until approved.
Products and sample listings
Product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and displayed estimates may change. Listings marked SAMPLE are visual placeholders, use illustrative images and prices, and cannot be purchased. They do not represent verified supplier inventory or actual customer sales.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Product estimates may differ from the final quote, which checks supplier and delivery costs for the destination before payment. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. Review the final total before authorizing payment. An unavailable or expired quote must be requested again.
Orders and availability
A submitted checkout is subject to payment confirmation and product availability. The operator may contact you about a stock issue, pricing error, or fulfillment problem. If an order cannot be supplied, cancellation and any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Nothing here permits keeping payment for an unfulfilled order contrary to your legal rights.
Delivery

Delivery estimates include the information shown during quoting and the published shipping policy; supplier processing may add time. The operator must obtain any required consent to delays or provide the cancellation and refund options required by law. Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Returns and cancellations
The published Shipping & Returns page describes the operator’s return process, eligibility, deadlines, and any permitted return costs. Contact support promptly about damaged, incorrect, or missing goods. These terms do not reduce mandatory consumer rights. No unpublished return deadline is created by this page.
Third parties and site content
Payment, fulfillment, and delivery services have their own terms and privacy practices. The operator remains responsible for its obligations to customers. Site branding and original content may not be copied or misused without permission, except as allowed by law.
Service issues and responsibility
